Passiamo oggi a guardare le rese per ettaro delle vigne nel mondo. La considerazione critica in questo caso e’ la sostanziale crescita delle rese a partire dai secondi anni 90, passando da meno di 70q/ha a 75-80q/ha. Una crescita probabilmente dovuta alla graduale "migrazione" delle vigne dai paesi europei verso i paesi emergenti, con l’applicazione di tecniche di coltura piu’ perfezionate. We give a look to the yields of the world wineyards. The key conclusion is that yields showed a significant increase starting from the second half of the Nineties, moving from less than 70q/ha to a range of 75-80q/ha. This increase is probalyu due to the gradual migration of vineyards from Europe towards emerging countries and to the application of new cultivation techniques.

 Ecco la statistica riguardante le rese per ettaro per continente, dove si nota il "primato" europeo per le rese piu’ basse, a circa 64q/ha, rispetto ai 90q/ha degli altri continenti, salvo gli USA che sono su un lievello superiore a 120q/ha.  Terzo grafico, l’andamento storico delle rese per ettaro, cosi’ come verificabili da OIV. Qui si nota bene che le differenti rese non sono frutto di trend recenti ma piuttosto di un diverso livello storico: l’America sempre sopra 120q/ha e l’europa sempre su livelli piu’ bassi. Piu’ evidenti sono invece le salite del "nuovo mondo", quindi Asia, Africa e Oceania. The third graph refers to the historical trend of yileds.
