La terza e ultima puntata della "review" delle statistiche di Vinifhlor sui consumi di vino nel mondo. Beh, questo post cerca di mettere insieme i risultati dell’analisi con una matrice per identificare la dimensione dei mercati e la propensione all’aumento dei consumi. In questo primo grafico si confrontano propensioni di consumo con la dimensione del mercato (atttenzione, scala logaritmica, in hl/1000. Mercati interessanti in basso a destra, mercati maturi alto a destra, mercati del cavolo alto a sinistra, mercati da sviluppare basso a sinistra. Il meglio: UK, USA e Cina, apparentemente.
Finally, we analyse a couple of matrix relative to consumption, consumption trend and size of markets, still leveraging on Vinifhlor stats. The first matrix correlates the average consumption with the size of the market (horizontal logarithmic scale, hl/1000). The interesting markets are the low on the right, mature markets are high on the right, markets to be developed are low on the left. UK, USA and China looks like the interesting ones here.
Seconda matrice: dimensioni dei mercati contro tendenze dei consumi. Invece del livello del consumo mettiamo la variazione % annua del consumo pro capite come abbiamo commentato predecentemente. Anche in questo caso, i quadri interessanti sono quelli sulla destra, ma al contrario di prima i mercati buoni sono quelli in alto, con variazini positive nei consumi: China, ma poi UK, Olanda, Canada e Giappone sembrano essere i mercati piu’ dinamici.
Second graph: size of the market vs. consumption trends. Here we put the change of per head consumption, implying that markets on the high end of the graph boast the highest increases. As before, markets are than ranked for size, the largest ones on the right, the smallest on the left. Interesting markets based on this graph: China again, but then UK, Netherlands, Jpana and Canada.
